  2011 Report to Stakeholders
(Workers' Compensation Board) This document complements the Annual Report. It provides additional detail and outlines the organization's progress towards the goals and objectives outlined in its current Strategic and Operational Plan.
  2012 Annual Report
(Workers' Compensation Board) As required under Section 175 of The Workers' Compensation Act, 1979, the WCB submits an Annual Report to the Lieutenant Governor in Council of transactions during the preceding year.
  2013 Annual Report
(Workers' Compensation Board) Section 178 of The Workers’ Compensation Act, 2013 requires that we submit an Annual Report to the Lieutenant Governor giving information about our performance against our Strategic and Operational Plan and financial statements.
  2013 Report to Stakeholders
(Workers' Compensation Board) The Report to Stakeholders complements the Annual Report. It provides additional detail and outlines our progress towards the goals and objectives outlined in our Strategic and Operational Plan.
  2015-2017 Strategic and Operational Plan
(Workers' Compensation Board) The Strategic Plan is rooted in the Meredith Principles and describes what we hold to be true about Saskatchewan’s compensation system, our stakeholders, and the nature of our relationships with workers, employers and the people of Saskatchewan.

  G-5.1 Reg 151 - The Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety Regulations
(Publications Saskatchewan) formerly under The Government Organization Act (G-5.1) which was repealed by Chapter E-13.1 of the Statutes of Saskatchewan, 2014 (effective August 15, 2014). These Regulations continue in force under The Executive Government Administration Act (E-13.1).

(Executive Council) Feb. 06, 2012 - Today, the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench delivered its decision on two pieces of provincial labour legislation: Bill 5, The Public Services Essential Services Act and Bill 6, The Trade Union Amendment Act, 2007.
  GOVERNMENT REMAINS COMMITTED TO ESSENTIAL SERVICES, SEEKS LABOUR INPUT ON LEGISLATION
(Executive Council) Feb. 14, 2012 - Labour Relations and Workplace Safety Minister Don Morgan, today wrote to Saskatchewan Federation of Labour (SFL) President Larry Hubich to invite the input of the SFL into changes to the government's essential services legislation in light of last week's court decision.
  Guidelines for Managing Asbestos in Buildings
(Workers' Compensation Board) This guide outlines what actions are required and recommended when asbestos is present in a buildings. It also provides the requirements of the Saskatchewan Asbestos Registry of Public Buildings.

  NOVA SCOTIA COMPANY FINED MORE THAN $40,000 FOR SAFETY VIOLATION
(Executive Council) Feb. 08, 2012 - Bunge Canada Holdings I ULC (Bunge) of Halifax, Nova Scotia has pleaded guilty to one count under the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act related to a failure to ensure that a worker did not work within 4.6 metres of an exposed energized conductor.

  TWO SASKATCHEWAN COMPANIES FINED FOR FALL PROTECTION VIOLATIONS
(Executive Council) Feb. 22, 2012 - Artistic Masonry & Stucco Ltd. of Regina has pleaded guilty to two charges under the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act and was fined $2,440 in Regina Provincial Court.

  Workplace Health: Changes and Challenges
(Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy) “Workplace Health: Changes and Challenges” examines workplace health issues in Saskatchewan and compares them to workplace health and safety in Alberta and British Columbia. Walker analyzes the three Western provinces’ use of the internal responsibility system (IRS), which has become the underlying philosophy of current occupational health and safety legislation and programs in Canada. Four key IRS elements are reviewed: joint worker-employer workplace committees, regulations and inspections, sanctions for non-compliance, and voluntary or incentive programs.
