  2004-05 Graduate Outcome Study Report
(Advanced Education) Every five years, the Saskatchewan Ministry of Advanced Education (the Ministry) conducts a Graduate Outcomes Study (study) of the province’s post-secondary graduates two years after they have completed their studies. The purpose of the survey is to gather information about Saskatchewan graduates’ perceptions and experiences. Information is collected on graduates’ level of satisfaction with their education, sources of financing for their education, level of education-related debt, and pre-and post-graduate mobility, as well as their education and employment outcomes.

  Canada-Saskatchewan Grant for Services and Equipment for Students with Permanent Disabilities Application
(Advanced Education) This grant provides up to $10,000 per program year to purchase specialized education-related services and assistive equipment. The student does not have to pay the money back, if all eligibility conditions have been met.

  FEDERAL FUNDING CUTS WILL INCREASE STUDENT TUITION COSTS AND DEBT
(Executive Council) Jan. 25, 1995 - Education, Training and Employment Minister Pat Atkinson says that the recent federal proposals for student loan repayment, based on income, will result in higher tuition fees and debt.
  First Nations and Métis Initiatives - Promising Practices and Challenges in Saskatchewan’s Post-Secondary Sector
(Advanced Education) The Government of Saskatchewan is committed to improving outcomes for First Nations and Métis people. The Ministry of Advanced Education contributes to this goal by working to enroll more Indigenous people in post-secondary education and training.
  French Scholarship Application
(Advanced Education) Applicants use the same form to apply for both the Federal-Provincial Fellowship Scholarship and the Travel Scholarship.
  French Scholarship Confirmation of Enrolment
(Advanced Education) In addition to the completed application form, students need to forward a copy of their Social Insurance Number (SIN), and a confirmation of enrolment from their school.

  Graduate Retention Program Application
(Advanced Education) The Graduate Retention Program rewards graduates living in Saskatchewan by providing rebate up to $20,000. To be eligible, you have to live and file an income tax return in Saskatchewan. You must apply for the Graduate Retention Program within seven years of graduation. Most Saskatchewan post-secondary institutions apply for the GRP on your behalf. If your post-secondary school doesn't, you must submit an application, along with a copy of your certificate, diploma, or degree.

(Advanced Education) Complete this form to authorize individuals to call Student Service Centre and inquire information about your Graduate Retention Program (GRP); Graduate Tax Exemption (GTE); or Graduate Tax Credit (GTC).

  Loan Forgiveness for Nurses and Nurse Practitioners Application Form
(Advanced Education) The Saskatchewan Student Loan Forgiveness for Nurses and Nurse Practitioners program encourages nurses and nurse practitioners to work in smaller communities. As a nurse or nurse practitioner, you could receive up to $4,000 per year in Saskatchewan Student Loan forgiveness to a maximum of $20,000 over five years.

  Queen Elizabeth II Centennial Aboriginal Scholarship - Application
(Advanced Education) The Queen Elizabeth II Centennial Aboriginal Scholarship is a $20,000 scholarship awarded annually on the basis of academic excellence to First Nations and Métis students pursuing graduate and post-graduate studies in any field at an accredited Saskatchewan university.
  Queen Elizabeth II Centennial Aboriginal Scholarship Letter of Reference
(Advanced Education) The two reference letters are to be from persons who can critically assess your intellectual and scholarly strengths (potential and demonstrated), as well as your personal qualifications, strengths, and achievements that, collectively, describe the exceptional attributes suited for this scholarship. At least one letter must be from a current, or former, university professor and the letters (using the approved form on the web site) must be received in a sealed envelope with the referee’s signature across the seal.
  Queen Elizabeth II Scholarship - Application
(Advanced Education) The scholarship is to be awarded annually for graduate or post-graduate study of Saskatchewan politics and government at either of Saskatchewan's universities on the basis of academic excellence. The scholarship amount of $10,000 will be awarded to one student or split between equally deserving candidates.
  Queen Elizabeth II Scholarship Letter of Reference
(Advanced Education) Letters of reference are required from three persons familiar with the student's academic work when applying for this scholarship.

  Receipt of Support Services
(Advanced Education) This form is used by tutors, note takers, readers, proctor/exam supervisors, interpreter/captioning/oral sign/cart or other services providers to record the hours and cost of their services. The student is required to submit completed and signed form to the Student Service Centre at the address above at the end of each month.
  Reduce Income Statement for Parents
(Advanced Education) The purpose of this form is to determine as close as possible what your gross income will be in the current taxation year. If this gross income will be less than the gross income as shown on Line 150 of last year’s income tax form, the parental contribution can be recalculated using the lower income.

  Scholarship of Honour - Confirmation of Enrolment
(Advanced Education) All applicants must have their institution complete the Confirmation of Enrolment.
  Scholarship of Honour - Family Member Application
(Advanced Education) This $5,000 scholarship recognizes Saskatchewan men and women who have served in operations with the Canadian Forces and the families of those who have been severely injured or have made the ultimate sacrifice. Spouses and children of a permanently disabled of deceased soldier should use the Family Member Application.
  Scholarship of Honour - Member Application
(Advanced Education) This $5,000 scholarship recognizes Saskatchewan men and women who have served in operations with the Canadian Forces and the families of those who have been severely injured or have made the ultimate sacrifice. Soldiers applying for the Scholarship of Honour should use the Member Application.

  Verification of Permanent Disability Form
(Advanced Education) This form is to be completed by a qualified practitioner (i.e., medical doctor) for the purpose of determining eligibility for permanent disability status for: • Canada – Saskatchewan Integrated Student Loans for full-time and part-time studies; • Canada Student Grant for Students with Permanent Disabilities; and • Canada-Saskatchewan Grant for Services and Equipment for Students with Permanent Disabilities.

(Advanced Education) Le ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur en collaboration avec l’Assemblée communautaire fransaskoise, Canadian Parents for French, le Collège Mathieu, l’Université de Regina, Saskatchewan Polytechnic et l’Université de la Saskatchewan ont formé un groupe de travail afin d’établir, dans la province, une nouvelle orientation pour l'enseignement postsecondaire en français, appelée Vision 2030.
