  2004-05 Graduate Outcome Study Report
(Advanced Education) Every five years, the Saskatchewan Ministry of Advanced Education (the Ministry) conducts a Graduate Outcomes Study (study) of the province’s post-secondary graduates two years after they have completed their studies. The purpose of the survey is to gather information about Saskatchewan graduates’ perceptions and experiences. Information is collected on graduates’ level of satisfaction with their education, sources of financing for their education, level of education-related debt, and pre-and post-graduate mobility, as well as their education and employment outcomes.

  Canada-Saskatchewan Grant for Services and Equipment for Students with Permanent Disabilities Application
(Advanced Education) This grant provides up to $10,000 per program year to purchase specialized education-related services and assistive equipment. The student does not have to pay the money back, if all eligibility conditions have been met.

(Advanced Education) By completing this form you authorize any individual (other than your school, the Ministry of Advanced Education and/or National Student Loans Service Centre [NSLSC]) to call either the Ministry of Advanced Education and/or NSLSC, on your behalf regarding your student loan account. By naming the individual below, both the Ministry of Advanced Education and/or NSLSC will recognize that the named individual has your permission to call and inquire on your student loan.

(Advanced Education) The Government of Saskatchewan is committed to improving outcomes for First Nations and Métis people. The Ministry of Advanced Education contributes to this goal by working to enroll more Indigenous people in post-secondary education and training.
  French Scholarship Application
(Advanced Education) Applicants use the same form to apply for both the Federal-Provincial Fellowship Scholarship and the Travel Scholarship.
  French Scholarship Confirmation of Enrolment
(Advanced Education) In addition to the completed application form, students need to forward a copy of their Social Insurance Number (SIN), and a confirmation of enrolment from their school.

  Queen Elizabeth II Centennial Aboriginal Scholarship Letter of Reference
(Advanced Education) The two reference letters are to be from persons who can critically assess your intellectual and scholarly strengths (potential and demonstrated), as well as your personal qualifications, strengths, and achievements that, collectively, describe the exceptional attributes suited for this scholarship. At least one letter must be from a current, or former, university professor and the letters (using the approved form on the web site) must be received in a sealed envelope with the referee’s signature across the seal.

  The Post-Secondary Education Indicators Project Report 1: Students and Credentials 2018
(Advanced Education) This report contains a year over year comparison of the fall enrolment in Saskatchewan’s two universities and Saskatchewan Polytechnic from 2013-2017 and the total credentials awarded by this group. It also provides a comparison of the credentials earned by age groups, the number First Nations, Métis and Inuit students enrolled in credentialed programs at Saskatchewan’s post-secondary institutions, and the number of International students enrolled at Saskatchewan’s post-secondary institutions.

  Verification of Permanent Disability Form
(Advanced Education) This form is to be completed by a qualified practitioner (i.e., medical doctor) for the purpose of determining eligibility for permanent disability status for: • Canada – Saskatchewan Integrated Student Loans for full-time and part-time studies; • Canada Student Grant for Students with Permanent Disabilities; and • Canada-Saskatchewan Grant for Services and Equipment for Students with Permanent Disabilities.
