Summary: Orders that the Minister of Parks, Culture and Sport is approved to enter into an agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with KSG Construction Management whereby the Government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $820,737.33 for wastewater system upgrades at Greenwater Lake Provincial Park.
