Title: Crown Land Sales – Whelan Bay Subdivision (Six Recreational Lots)

Summary: Orders that:

(a) the Minister of Environment is authorized to withdraw the land identified in the attached Schedule A from the “Northern Provincial Forest”; and

(b) the Minister of Environment is approved to sell certain provincial Crown land at Whelan Bay Subdivision, on such terms and conditions the Minister of Environment specifies as appropriate, to the individual lessees identified in the attached Schedule A, for the appraised price set out opposite their names.
