Title: Whitecap Dakota First Nation Agreement – License, Fund, Monitor and Enforce The Child Care Act, 2014 and The Child Care Regulations, 2015 in the Child Care Center on Reserve

Summary: Orders that the Minister of Education is approved to enter into an agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with the Whitecap Dakota First Nation, whereby the government is liable to license, fund, monitor and enforce The Child Care Act, 2014 and The Child Care Regulations, 2015 in the child care centre on reserve, commencing on the date it is executed by both parties and continuing until the agreement is terminated, to provide child care services for families living on and off reserve.
