Title: Interprovincial Agreements with the Government of Alberta (Occupational Therapy; Nuclear Medicine Technology; Diagnostic Medical Sonography; Respiratory Therapy and Magnetic Resonance Imaging) – July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2020

Minister: Minister of Advanced Education

Summary: Orders that the Minister of Advanced Education is approved to enter into the following Agreements, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the Schedules attached hereto, for the period July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2020:

  • Schedule 1 – with the Government of Alberta and the University of Alberta, in an amount not to exceed $3.60M, to provide occupational therapy education for Saskatchewan students;
  • Schedule 2 – with the Government of Alberta and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, in an amount not to exceed $1.21M, to provide nuclear medicine technology education for Saskatchewan students;
  • Schedule 3 – with the Government of Alberta and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, in an amount not to exceed $2.34M, to provide diagnostic medical sonography education for Saskatchewan students;
  • Schedule 4 – with the Government of Alberta and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, in an amount not to exceed $1.83M, to provide respiratory therapy education for Saskatchewan students; and,
  • Schedule 5 – with the Government of Alberta and the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, in an amount not to exceed $223K, to provide magnetic resonance imaging education for Saskatchewan students.
