Title: Crown Land Transfer (Parks, Culture and Sport to Environment to Water Security Agency) – Danielson Provincial Park – Prairie’s Edge Development Corporation

Minister: Minister of Environment

Summary: Orders that:

(a) The Minister of Environment is authorized to accept, as Crown resource land, the transfer of Crown land identified below from the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport:

  • The said land containing approximately 29.18 hectares (72.11 acres) described as that land in Township 26, in Range 7, West of the Third Meridian not covered by the waters of Lake Diefenbaker:
    1. The east half of Legal Subdivision 15 and Legal Subdivision 16 in Section 28; and
    2. The south half of Legal Subdivision 1 and the south east quarter of Legal Subdivision 2 in the south east quarter of Section 33.
(b) The Minister of Environment is authorized to sell the said Crown land identified below, for subdivision development purposes to Prairie’s Edge Development Corporation for the total sale price of $250,000:
  • The said land containing approximately 26.59 hectares (65.71 acres) described as Parcel A, Plan 102185243.
(c) The Minister of Environment is authorized to transfer the Crown land identified below required as Environmental Reserve to the Water Security Agency:
  • The said land containing approximately 2.59 hectares (6.40 acres) described as Parcel ER1, Plan 102185243.
(d) The Minister of Environment is authorized to execute any required agreements related to the transfer and the sale of the Crown land, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan.
