Title: AECOM Canada Ltd. Funding Agreement for $800,456.81 – Professional Engineering Services for the Rehabilitation of the M1 Canal (2013-2016 Fiscal Years)

Summary: Orders that the Minister of Agriculture is approved to enter into an agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with AECOM Canada Ltd. of Saskatoon, for professional engineering services related to the rehabilitation of the M1 Canal, in an amount not to exceed $800,456.81 over three years, with yearly estimated expenditures as follows: 2013-14 $263,940.14; 2014-15 $275,323.94; 2015-16 $261,192.73 and that such agreement be approved to be assigned to the Saskatchewan Watershed Authority carrying on business as the Water Security Agency of Saskatchewan, on March 31, 2013.
