Summary: Orders:

(a) Approval of the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding entitled, Priority Issues Related to Education and Employment Outcomes for Saskatchewan First Nations, between the Government of Saskatchewan, the Government of Canada and the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations (FSIN), substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, for the period September 2011 to August 2012, to develop and implement initiatives with Canada and the FSIN to address education and employment outcomes for First Nations; and

(b) That the Ministers of Advanced Education, Employment and Immigration, Education and First Nations and Métis Relations are authorized to execute the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan.
