Summary: Orders:

(a) Approval of the terms of an agreement between the Government of Saskatchewan and the Government of Canada to provide federal funding of up to $16,000 for a feasibility study on the development of a Saskatchewan Protection Order/Notification Service to Support Victims and Police, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A; and

(b) That the Minister of Justice and Attorney General is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan.
