Summary: Orders that the Minister of Environment is approved to enter into an agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with the City of Regina, whereby the Government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $300,000 over two years (2009-10 to 2010-11) for the purpose of assisting the City of Regina in its pilot of a hydraulic launch assist unit on one of the city’s garbage trucks.
