Minister: Minister of First Nations and Métis Relations

Summary: Further to Your Honour’s Orders 197/2000 (March 30, 2000); 255/2001 (March 27, 2001); 715/2004 (November 3, 2004); 860/2004 (December 21, 2004) and 798/2007 (October 2, 2007), authorize the Minister of First Nations and Métis Relations to provide grants for the first quarter of fiscal year 2008-2009 to or with respect to BATC Community Development Corporation, Bear Claw Community Development Incorporated, Northern Lights Community Development Corporation, Dakota Dunes Community Development Corporation and Painted Hand Community Development Corporation in accordance with the agreement between the Government of Saskatchewan and the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations, and in accordance with any terms and conditions that the Minister may prescribe, in order to establish social and economic development programs and policies for Indian and Native people, in amounts not to exceed:

Bear Claw Community Development Incorporated $ 26,373
Northern Lights Community Development Corporation $1,537,871
Dakota Dunes Community Development Corporation$ 851,235
Dakota Dunes Community Development Corporation$ 851,235
Painted Hand Community Development Corporation$ 479,795
