  A.1.1 Adoption of Standards Chapter
This chapter lists the standards that have been adopted under The Environmental Management and Protection Act, 2010 and The Forest Resources Management Act, as well as what the Minister is to make public.

  B.1.1 Discharge and Discovery Reporting Chapter
This chapter covers the requirements in Section 9 of the Act for reporting a substance discharge that may cause an adverse effect.
  B.1.2 Site Assessment Chapter
This chapter sets out the requirements for site assessments required by the Minister pursuant to section 13 of the Act.
  B.1.3 Corrective Action Plan Chapter
This chapter sets out the requirements for corrective action plans required pursuant to Section 14 of the Act.
  B.1.4 Transfer of Responsibility for an Environmentally Impacted Site Chapter
The purpose of this chapter is to set out additional rules respecting the transfer of responsibility for an environmentally impacted site from a person responsible to another person pursuant to section 19 of the Act.
  B.1.5 Substance Characterization Chapter
This chapter describes what is a hazardous substance, hazardous waste and industrial waste for the purposes of the Act.

  C.1.1 Water Main Chapter
This chapter applies to water main owners with the intention of supplying water for human consumption in a municipality with a population of at least 5000 persons as determined by the most recent census conducted pursuant to the Statistics Act (Canada).
  C.2.1 Sewage Main Chapter
This chapter applies to sewage main owners with the intention of use by municipalities with a population of at least 5000 persons as determined by the most recent census conducted pursuant to the Statistics Act (Canada).
  C.3.1 Hydrostatic Testing Chapter
This chapter apples to persons conducting hydrostatic testing on a pipeline or flowline used in the upstream oil and gas industry, but does not apply to the hydrostatic testing of pipelines or flowlines regulated by the National Energy Board Act (Canada).

D
  D.1.1 Forest Regeneration Assessment Chapter
This chapter applies to forest products harvesting licence holders who are required to ensure that harvested lands in the licence area are renewed and those that conduct forest regeneration assessments on behalf of those licence holders.
  D.1.2 Forest Data Submission Chapter
This chapter applies to licence holders pursuant to the Act; those operating a processing facility that accepts and processes timber, wood residue or wood chips that originate from Crown Land; or is a trustee pursuant to section 26 of the Act, or is designated by the minister pursuant to section 26 of the Act, and who is responsible for reporting to the Minister on the activities of the forest management fund.
  D.1.3 Forest Operating Plan Chapter
This chapter applies to forest products licence holders who are required by the Act to submit an operating plan to the Minister for approval.
  D.1.4 Forest Products Scaling Chapter
This chapter applies to forest products harvesting licence holders who are required to ensure that forest products are scaled and to those holding a licence to scale.
  D.1.5 Forest Management Planning Chapter
This chapter applies to every person who is required to submit a forest management plan pursuant to section 38 or 45 of the Act.

  E.1.1 Halocarbon Control Chapter
This chapter applies to every person who purchases, sells or transfers halocarbons; installs, maintains, services, alters, replaces, repairs, charges or recharges equipment containing halocarbons; manufactures, transports or stores halocarbons; owns equipment containing halocarbons; or decommissions and discards equipment containing halocarbons.
  E.1.2 Industrial Source (Air Quality) Chapter
This chapter applies to those intending to establish an industrial source facility and those who own an industrial source facility.
