  Application for Certification
An application to the Labour Relations Board for an order or orders pursuant to Section 5(a)(b)(c) of the Trade Union Act.
  Application for Recission
Any trade union or person directly concerned by an order or decision of the Labour Relations Board made pursuant to clause 5(a)(b)© of theTrade Union Act may apply to the board for an order rescinding that order or decision.
  Application for Recission Alleging Fraud
An application to the Labour Relations Board pursuant to Section 16 of the Trade Union Act
  Application For Reinstatement
For any Trade Union person to apply to the Labour Relations Board for an order determining if an employee was discharged in violation of the Act, requiring the employer to reinstate the employee.
  Application for Supervision of Vote
To apply to the Labour Relations Board for a strike vote of employees to determine where, when and how the vote may be taken.
  Application for Vote on Final Offer
To apply to the Labour Relations Board for the appointment of a special mediator where a strike has continued for 30 days or for the Boards supervised vote on employers final offer.
  Application Re. Company Dominated Organization
Any trade union or any employee affected may apply to the Labour Relations Board for an order determining whether a labour organization is a company dominated organization.
  Application Re. Exclusion on Religious Grounds
Any employee may apply to the Labour Relations Board for an order excluding him/her from the appropriate unit of employees.
  Application to Amend
Any trade union or person directly concerned may apply to the Labour Relations Board for an order amending any order or decision of the board

Any trade union representing any employees in respect to an application to the LAbour Relations Board may intervene by giving notice to the board.

For a trade union or any person to apply to the Labour Relations Board for an order determining whether or not an unfair labour practise or violation of the Act is being engaged in.
